Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped or produced.

If your order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.

We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or produced.
Returns (if applicable)
Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Include all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.

The item arrived damaged, broken, or twisted, or the size/color is incorrect.

If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, you may return it for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day return.

Refusing to accept the delivery without reason.

Incorrectly provided shipping addresses causing delivery failure.

Return Shipping

If the issue is caused by GamedayDaily (wrong item or damage), we will cover return shipping.

If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order), the customer pays shipping.

Use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if desired.

Processing Returns & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Most returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.

Exchanges will be shipped once the return is confirmed.

For items returned from the European Union, a 15€ restocking fee may apply.

For issues caused by GamedayDaily, we will cover shipping for replacement or corrected items.
