Return & Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please read these guidelines carefully before making a purchase.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped or produced.

  • If your order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.

  • We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or produced.


Returns (if applicable)

Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  3. Include all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.

  4. The item arrived damaged, broken, or twisted, or the size/color is incorrect.

Note:

  • If you ordered the wrong product or simply changed your mind, you may return it for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day return.


Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered.

  • Refusing to accept the delivery without reason.

  • Incorrectly provided shipping addresses causing delivery failure.

  • Returns sent without prior contact with GamedayDaily customer service.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email our customer service at service@gamedaydaily.com.

  2. Provide:

    • Your tracking number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing damage (close-up and well-lit)

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 72 hours on working days.


Return Shipping

  • If the issue is caused by GamedayDaily (wrong item or damage), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order), the customer pays shipping.

  • Use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance if desired.

Important: Always contact customer service before returning items. Returns without prior notice may be refused.


Processing Returns & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Most returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once the return is confirmed.

  • For items returned from the European Union, a 15€ restocking fee may apply.


Refund Timeline & Delays

  • Refunds may take up to 20 working days to appear in your account.

  • Check your bank or payment provider first if there’s a delay.

  • If you still have not received a refund, contact service@gamedaydaily.com.


Notes

  • For issues caused by GamedayDaily, we will cover shipping for replacement or corrected items.

  • If you choose faster shipping at your own expense, you are responsible for the additional cost.

  • Please provide clear, focused photos/videos to help us verify the issue quickly.
