We always aim to dispatch your package as quickly as possible. Additional time may be required due to incorrect addresses, local holidays, or customs clearance. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding dispatch times.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can track your order using the tracking number on standard global tracking websites.
Order Processing
Unless otherwise noted, all orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, so you can see exactly where your items are and when to expect them.
Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. For orders containing multiple items, the overall processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing requirement.

My tracking shows “No information available.”
This sometimes happens with international shipments. Please try again later. Rest assured, estimated delivery times are valid even if the tracking site hasn’t updated yet.
Taxes & Duties
Our products are shipped without additional taxes. Please note that shipping times do not include customs clearance or delays at local borders.
